7/18/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program setting, the client appeared to be in a content mood as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. The client remained focused and sat quietly in his seat while playing bingo with his peers. During midday socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty keeping his hands/feet to himself while interacting with his peers riding on the van. During afternoon socialization activities, the client exhibited difficulty following directions given while eating at his table for lunch. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program. QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue to remain focused and sit quietly in his seat. During midday QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of keeping his hands/feet to himself while interacting with his peers. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C redirected the client and reiterated the importance of following directions given. The client responded well towards the summer program as evidenced by participation and engagement. During morning socialization activities, the client agreed to continue to remain focused and sit quietly in his seat while playing bingo with his peers. During midday socialization activities, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to keep his hands/feet to himself while interacting with his peers riding on the van. During afternoon socialization activities, the client was receptive to redirection and agreed to follow directions given while eating at his table for lunch.
